Trim Vitamin ingredients include vitamin B6, vitamin B12, methionine, choline, inositol, leucine, and chromium. Yes, these vitamins are good, and frankly speaking, chromium has been known to control blood glucose levels. However, they do not promote weight loss and this doesn’t even actually measure up to the basic standards of a basic multivitamin or vitamin shot for that matter. There was one successful study on chromium. But it was in athletes, and all others have disproved it.
