There are 5 basic foods that if you use them right will be your key to weight loss and the ultimate superfoods that you can use for that purpose. Now it requires doing it right, because there are multiple ways to sabotage any of these. But if you do it right, it can really help you with all your better efforts.
- Beans-beans are extremely high in protein and tend to be low in fat. Don’t add extra sausage, fat, sugar, etc to them if you can avoid it. It’s also high in fiber, and on their own, beans can really make a big difference in your weight loss.
- Salad-yes I’m talking about salad. This is salad that actually has real lettuce that has real nutrients, more vegetables, no croutons, limited amounts of dressing. Basically, I’m talking about a real salad without unnecessary calories, but with all the nutrients of vegetables in general.
- Water-water is a natural appetite suppressant, and the majority of your body mass is made up of water! So realistically speaking, you need to have more water in your diet and you cannot really lose real fat and weight without it!
- Fat free yogurt-yes plain yogurt is actually the best. That you can mix fruits into without mixing extra sugar into it. But with low fat, it has all the probiotics for your stomach, and it has fewer calories with more calcium and otherwise more nutrients that your body needs for weight loss.
- Green tea-yes it has been popularly used, and for a reason. Green tea is extremely high in antioxidants, high in nutrients, and it can really help you to burn off more fat in a thermogenic manner and otherwise lose more weight.
