Slim 30

Slim 30 is a weight loss supplement that calls itself “an amazing product and all natural herb supplement that burns fat while reducing the sensation of hunger.” This dietary aid is based on the Chinese hawthorn fruit which also boasts of the ability to increase heart health. Along with Chinese hawthorn fruit Slim 30’s ingredients include sickle pod senna seed, and oyster shell.

We are not entirely sure where Slim 30 proposes it is getting its fat burning or appetite suppressing powers from. This product does not contain a single weight loss ingredient. Chinese hawthorn fruit may indeed be a valuable and all natural tool when it comes to boosting the health of your heart but it has never been proven or shown to have any fat burning or appetite suppressing capacity whatsoever. Oyster shell is basically another source of calcium, which is good, but irrelevant for reaching your weight loss goals. The only ingredient that could even be considered weight loss related, and that is still stretching, is sickle pod senna seed which is often used as a laxative. But any weight loss accomplished through laxative use is easily regained as it is only water weight.

This product seems pointless as a weight loss tool. Slim 30 is not safe to take if you have gastrointestinal problems, issues with inconsistency, loose stools on a regular basis, or if you have a history of drug or alcohol abuse. Potential side effects include dependency, loose stool, abdominal pain and diarrhea. To be honest we aren’t really sure why this product was developed or approved for sale in the first place. We do not recommend Slim 30.
