Of course, you should never use a crash diet, because the results will not last. In addition, crash diets can apparently have a permanent effect on your health and wellbeing. But apparently, it will speed up your results. Serenity Slim is the formula meant to help you to compliment a good diet and exercise program.

What Are The Ingredients?

Serenity Slim ingredients include acai, green tea, rhodiola rosea, and caralluma fimbriata. This will not help you to achieve results. It will not help you to get the benefits you are looking for, and in truth, you would be better off using something else. Serenity Slim’s ingredients amount to no results at all. Green tea and caralluma fimbriata have been proven to promote weight loss yes. In fact, they have the potential to be two of the strongest ingredients. But honestly speaking, they do not have the clinically proven amounts, and in all honesty, the other two ingredients have no relation to weight loss at all. So obviously, just like anything else, it cannot come through due to failure to comply with all of the real requirements.

We would not recommend using Serenity Slim. It is a simple waste of time and money, and there are far better products out there to say the least. Serenity Slim has no real weight loss properties at all. It is more likely to cause side effects than anything else. We would recommend finding something else that has both the proven ingredients and the proven amounts.
