Mutant Mass ingredients include alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, cystine, glutamic acid, glutamine, glycine, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, proline, serine, threonine, tryptophan, tyrosine, and valine. Basically speaking, these are all amino acids. Yes, amino acids are great. Amino acids essentially speaking feed the muscles and therefore allow them to function in a particular way. The problem is that amino acids do not actually build the muscles, and they do not necessarily provide the protein used in many meal replacement shakes to get you full fast and therefore keep you from eating more.
