Losing Weight With Eggs
For some reason, when on a recent trip, my mom thought she was gaining weight. She was in a third world country, and I’m wondering how exactly do you pull that off, gain weight on a trip to a third world country. But it can be done I assume. That being said, she talked about how she would boil eggs because it was easy and convenient, and she ate a lot of eggs. I then proceeded to tell her that frankly they’re filling and people actually use a diet of only eggs and protein drinks to lose weight in some cases.
So this adds up to the reason why during that time she ended up losing weight. My sister was also talking about how one egg fillers up in the morning until later in the afternoon. This isn’t all that surprising to be quite honest, it happens for quite a few people in general. Eggs and their protein can be quite filling to say the least, and obviously, though it’s not particularly healthy or sustainable, sticking to basically that one food can help you to lose weight, it’s really as simple as that. I wouldn’t suggest that kind of lifestyle, but it can certainly be done at this time if you want to.
