Liquid Fat Calories

There are various ways to lose weight, but one of the best ways is to eliminate the liquid calories that are so often used.  Go right on past the soda aisles, go past the smoothies and otherwise.  Instead, try drinking your coffee without the extra calories that come from milk, try drinking more water, green tea, and otherwise.  Leave out the beer and energy drinks, none of them are actually good for you and all of them, even the supposedly no sugar or low calorie ones, are filled with sugar and calories in general terms. 

So you won’t exactly get the results that you want in general terms.  You can get low calorie iced tea, because frankly we all know that we can get easily bored with drinking plain water all the time.  And frankly, you can make your own smoothies using fresh fruits, low fat yogurts if you want, and otherwise controlling it yourself for greater results in general.  You just have to know which liquids you are looking for in order to avoid other problems in general.  Sometimes, it can be easier than others, and of course sometimes it’s harder than other times.  It just depends on what you are looking for.
