HSP Active

HSP Active is a popular product created by MRI, and they claim that you can finally get the dietary proteins you want and the revolution heat shock activation technology that they are known for in the final stage of anabolism. They claim that it will fold protein into “muscle-usable” form, and apparently, it will increase heat shock proteins by up to 200%, speed heat shock protein activation by as much as 1500%, and otherwise.

HSP Active ingredients include opuntia ficus-indica fruit or prickly pear extract. This basically works as a natural fat blocker, helping you to absorb fewer of the fat calories that you take in. However, unless you are on a low fat diet, it doesn’t work out for weight loss. And it can interfere with the absorption of many fat soluble essential vitamins. So it really isn’t necessarily good for your body at all.

HSP Active lacks the active ingredients that you would need to actually lose weight. It does not have the right ingredients, nor does it actually have the right amounts. Opuntia is not actually measured in IU or international units as they call it when it comes to weight loss, and realistically speaking, it is just a way of hiding the true nature of things. So all in all we would not recommend using HSP Active.
