Core4 Accelerate ingredients include green tea, guarana extract, oolong tea extract, kola nut extract, and cayenne pepper capsaicin. Core4 Accelerate has some extremely common and yet potentially effective in some cases ingredients for weight loss results. Core4 Accelerate has the well known oolong tea, which is actually a more fermented, caffeinated, and powerful fat burner than green tea! And it still has all of the same antioxidant benefits. They also have the natural appetite suppressant known as kola nut along with green tea. But they also have guarana, which does not promote weight loss unless you are combining it with damiana and yerba mate at the same time. However, they of course do not have these other ingredients. And they do not have the clinically proven 400mg of green tea, oolong tea, or the substantially greater amounts needed for something such as kola nut.

We would not recommend using Core4 Accelerate. It will not help you to achieve any better results, and Core4 Accelerate is just another waste of time and money. With Core4 Accelerate, you get common ingredients, mostly caffeine based and side effect ridden. But you do not actually get the clinically proven amounts of any of these. So unfortunately, even the proven options cannot actually give you any real weight loss results. We would definitely suggest that you look into other options.

Fortunately, there are better options out there. If you know where to look, you can get the best results in all kinds of weight loss. Avoid products that focus on one hyped ingredient like acai, hoodia, or reservatrol. These ingredients do not promote weight loss. Additionally, you should avoid patches, because they cannot deliver the right ingredients and rarely have them anyway.
