Core Cleanse claims that you can finally cleanse your colon and achieve all the better results. They talk about everything from preventing colon cancer to helping you to drop those last few pounds to fit into your skinny jeans. They claim it to be the best formula you will ever find. They even have “verified reviewers.”

Core Cleanse has no full ingredients list. But the ingredients they do list include slippery elm, aloe vera, white oak, gentian, blue vervain, goldenseal, psyllium, senna, and lactobacillus acidophilus. These ingredients do not actually cleanse the colon. In fact, for the most part they are either fiber or diuretics. Fiber is good to compliment a good cleanser, but not in the small amounts they most likely use. Diuretics are of course harmful to the body causing side effects, but no benefits.

Core Cleanse will cause various side effects, and their definition of “verified reviewer” must be reviewers they made up. A real reviewer would mention the fact that their credit card was suddenly charged about $65 on a monthly basis, and they most likely had no idea it was coming, or they wouldn’t have ordered in the first place.
