With this product your body is supposed to be able to absorb less calories from the carbs you eat. This way they claim you can lose weight while eating what you want. On top of that it is supposed to help your digestive health, suppress your appetite, and lose weight naturally. That seems like a great product so let’s see how effective it really is.

What Are The Ingredients?

The ingredient that this product is based off of is a Japanese root call Konjac Root. That root is a great source of a fiber called Glucomannan. This has actually been shown in studies to help people lose weight. It binds to foods and helps your body absorb less carbs when taken with the food. It also helps to control cholesterol, and increase digestive health. It is a great ingredients, but many products do not actually contain enough of it.

We could not find an official ingredients list for this product. That seems to be quite the hint to us that it doesn’t contain enough of the fiber to really be effective. We don’t doubt that it is good for your health. We just doubt that it will really help you lose weight. Not a bad product, but we’ve seen others that have proven amounts of proven ingredients. We also don’t suggest buying a product unless you can be sure you can get your money back if you’re not satisfied. We didn’t notice any money back guarantee with this product.
