CalTrap Calorie Inhibitor

CalTrap Calorie Inhibitor is a weight loss product that is supposed to help you take in 25% less calories from the foods you eat. It is not aimed at dramatic weight loss, but instead it focuses on portion control. In the end weight loss is all about eating less calories than you burn. This product is a sprinkle that you put on your food in order to help you absorb less. It is a fiber that turns to a gel substance when combined with the water in your digestive system. Then it is supposed to absorb some of the food you’ve eaten so that you’re body doesn’t absorb it.

We weren’t sure how effective this would be, but apparently a study has shown that people were able to lose a little bit of weight with this product. It is based on the ingredient Konjac root. This contains Glucomannan which has actually been shown effective weight loss. Not a lot of weight loss, but some if much better than none.

We don’t strongly recommend this product, but we like it better than many we have seen. It will not help you lose a lot of weight, but it may help you to shed a few pounds and to eat less. It may get pricey because you’ll have to take a least 1 g before each meal to really get results. We also didn’t like that the main website does not give you an upfront cost. Instead you have to do a free trial which most likely signs you up for a monthly auto-ship program.
