They are both cacti, and caralluma fimbriata comes from India while hoodia gordonii comes from South Africa of course. Caralluma fimbriata we suspect was the inspiration for hoodia. it has been clinically proven through multiple studies to burn fat, build lean muscle mass, and suppress appetite. However, it requires about 1200mg or more depending on certain things, to actually provide any of these benefits. You can guarantee that Avaprex does not use these particular amounts. But beyond that, there is the fact that hoodia has actually been proven to have no known benefits, no matter the amounts! So obviously enough, you only get half the story, and at this point, not even that considering that you are not getting the clinically proven amounts of their one potentially effective ingredient.

We would not recommend using Avaprex. It does not suppress appetite, and it does not even begin to compare to prescription Phentermine! Clearly, when it comes to Avaprex, the fact is that you are just wasting more time and money than anything else. Yes, it can have some side effects. Hoodia has been associated by some scientists with liver damage. But clearly, all studies have failed on this particular ingredient, and some would consider the qualifications with caralluma fimbriata to be too much. Obviously, Avaprex did. Fortunately, there are much better products out there. There are products that actually can compare to prescription Phentermine in terms of results, and they can actually get into the big leagues that Avaprex will never actually see. So we would definitely recommend looking into those particular options instead.
