What Are The Ingredients?

Appesat ingredients include a bioginate complex, a patented fiber complex extracted from seaweed laminaria digitata. Now there is one seaweed, one kelp, from Japan, that can help you to supposedly speaking thermogenically burn fat. But realistically speaking, that has only animal clinical studies which are questionable at best. This being said, this particular seaweed is actually from the French coast. And it has no proposed or realistically peaking proven weight loss benefits at all. It does not suppress appetite, there are no clinical studies suggesting it burns fat, and otherwise.

Appesat has made up an ingredient not used in other supplements. This is not at all surprising. Other companies have realistically speaking done it. But they do not actually have all of the right ingredients, the right amounts, or anything else in general. Realistically speaking, Appesat does not come through, and we would definitely recommend that you use something else.
