Advalean is one of those products that tries to be more than one thing. It isn’t just an appetite suppressant, or an energy enhancer. Instead it is both of those things and several more. It claims that it can help you lose weight through 6 different mechanisms. It can help to increase energy, boost metabolism, support your thyroid, control your appetite, and block fats and carbs. That seems like a lot for one little pill to handle. Let’s look at the ingredients and see if it really can do all of that, or if it is just trying too hard to be too much.

What Are The Ingredients?

Advalean contains several ingredients that we have no doubt will help to increase your energy. Green Tea, Yerba Mate, and Ginsing are all sources of caffeine. They may help to boost your metabolism a little, but you’re more likely to just get the jitters. Those are really the only ingredient we could see that might be of high enough concentration to actually have an effect on you. Green Tea has been known to increase weight loss, but only if found in the right amounts. In this product the amount is just enough to get you jittery, but not enough to actually help you lose weight.

Our Final Conclusion

It is also important to note that this product now goes by the name Lipitrex. No matter the name, we do not recommend Advalean. The ingredients have not convinced us that it can actually help you lose any extra weight, or that it can really fight fat in 6 different ways. We suggest finding a product that doesn’t try to be everything, but one that is actually effective in some ways.
