We saw some ingredients that really would help to increase the metabolism. However, we didn’t see any that don’t also have negative side effects. All of the ingredients are stimulants. If you are not used to taking stimulants this product is certainly not for you. It could cause you to become jittery, restless, and maybe even dizzy. And they didn’t actually have enough to promote weight loss results. We suggest that you look for more natural products that can really help you to increase your body’s natural ability to burn fat. That way you are not dependent on the pill.
