Abs+ is brought to you by Genuine Health. It is a weight loss product that is supposedly proven to reduce your waistline in 90 days. They say they contain the right amount of ingredients to really provide results like the results seen in clinical trials. This product is based on Green Tea and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). Let’s take a closer look and see if this product really does provide results like those in clinical trials.

What Are The Ingredients?

Abs+ contains CLA, Green Tea, Lecithin, and Carob Extract. We were actually quite impressed with this product when we compared it to many others we have reviewed. There are thousands of weight loss products on the market and it is very rare that clincial studies are done on an actual product, instead of just the ingredients, and even rarer that they come out with good results. The University of Toronto did a study that showed positive results for Abs+. We’re not sure what positive is, but it is better than some other products.

Our Final Conclusion

The main ingredients in Abs+ have been shown to be effective weight loss ingredients when used in the right amounts. It appears that this product does not actually contain the proven amounts though. It only contains 227mg of green tea. The proven amount is at least 400mg. The amounts in this product may provide some results, but we really don’t expect spectacular results. As they claim you can lose inches in 90 days. Well with the amounts of ingredients that makes sense. 90 days really isn’t that quick. We don’t recommend this product for fast weight loss.
