AbGone is a weight loss product targeted at ridding your body of dreaded belly fat. It is supposed to help you minimize cortisol levels so that you absorb less fat. Cortisol is important in your body for fat metabolism, and some assert that high levels have been associated with obesity and weight gain. By controlling these levels AbGone claims to be able to help you decrease the inches around your waist.

The ingredients in AbGone are better than some that we have seen. It contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). This ingredient is found in many animal products and animal byproducts such as meat and dairy. It has been linked to decreased cancer rates. It might also act as a good antioxidant. There have been many studies done to test the effects on weight loss; however, none of them have shown the weight loss to be significant. Another ingredient is dandelion root. This is mainly a diuretic, and will only help you to lose water weight. The last ingredient is phosphatidylserine. This is the ingredient that AbGone claims will control cortisol levels. If taken in very high levels it may be able to do that, but research is limited.
Overall the ingredients are not too impressive, and we really doubt they contain enough of any of the ingredients to really provide any results. Phosphatidylserine is only effective in 400-800mg/day, and the CLA is effective in 3.4g/day. This product contains 5 main ingredients, and only 820mg total. That is not enough to give you effective amounts. This product has also been under some heat from the FDA due to having unsubstantiated claims. Really there are products on the market that contain more effective ingredients.
